Electronic Order Fulfillment Schedule
KRC Technologies strives to fill each and every order as quickly as possible. You can usually expect
electronic delivery orders to be filled within two hours or less during normal business hours (8 a.m. to
5 p.m., Pacific Time). We also periodically check orders during evenings and weekends so if you
order during that time, you'll still be able to get your products by download, though it will usually
take slightly longer. Normal turnaround for a weekend is less than four hours. For a variety of
reasons, there are times when orders take longer to fulfill. This web page will provide you
with our backlog order fulfillment time and when you can expect your order to be completed.

If you have not received download instructions within the expected time frame, please contact us by
email (you can reply to the email invoice that you'll receive). SPAM filters can sometimes mistakenly
label our download instructions as SPAM and you may never see it. We almost always fill your orders promptly
so if you haven't recieved the instructions, do let us know right away.
