While credit card payments allow us to fill your order quickly, we do accept PayPal, MoneyGrams, Bank Wire Transfers and most checks. Inquire by contacting us through our contact page. Check payment will usually result in a holding period after we receive the check. We have three methods of distributing software. Which method we use depends on the software product and the agreements we have with the software developer. We "ship" electronically for most of our products. You'll receive download instructions from us after placing your order. We also have agreements with our software developers where they ship the product electronically to you. They will provide instructions on how you can download your software. Finally, some software is physically shipped by the developer to you. Each product page indicates the type of shipping at the bottom. Click on it shipping icon for more information on it. Our policy is to "ship" within one business day, but we generally fill electronic orders within two hours during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, Pacific Time). It is our policy at this time to manually check and fill each order. We usually have a staff member check and fill orders on nights and weekends, so often you'll see prompt service even though our "doors are closed." We keep an updated order fulfillment schedule on our website so you can check to see when an order is expected to be processed. Generally speaking, no. We may accept purchase orders from certain Fortune 500 companies where arrangements have been made ahead of time. However, there most certainly will be a delay in processing.
